This is on my car, after Jeff from Import Builders was done tuning it this Monday in Houston. The only difference between the two sets of lines on the dyno is his new IB Spec intake system. Both intake systems were short rams- no cold air crap here.

You can see the huge increase in torque through the mid range. It's pretty amazing. Email Jeff for more info- these intakes will be in mass production very soon, available in both short ram and cold air setups.

Jeff came out to tune Hocus Pocus' race car- it's a CRX running a 2 liter B block on methanol. He said that he could help me tune my car and get it to run right on pump gas (wasn't before), and he did a hell of a job. Before, I was getting 15mpg and detonating all over the place- now, I'm getting 30mpg on the highway and not detonating at all, and I'm still putting out about the same amount of power as before!

No, I'm not allowed to show what it looks like until it hits the market. He doesn't want people copying him.

As for power, let's see... I made about 8% more torque through the midrange and about 7% more torque at the peak, so you could have gone from 98lbft at the crank to 105lbft, and 102hp to 110hp. Maybe.

Four words: I live in Texas.

There's no way in hell I would run a cold air down here. I have too much money in my engine to hydrolock it. Those bypass valves don't work worth a damn either.

Sounds like a badass CRX. He does some good tuning work!
