it may sound weird but have you modified or painted the needs or something at all with speedo?

Did you take them off to do this?? If so when you put them on the calibration got screwed up. Thats why you dont take off needles on electronic speedos!!

did you move the needle at all to paint them? ..they are VERY sensitive to touch

if you moved it one way.. the only alternative.. is to move it back the other direction.. unless you can live with the problem... or get on ebay and find a new gauge cluster
