I have a 93 ex 5-speed with d16z6 that I just swapped in to replace the hydro locked one. Ever since I put it in I have been throwing a code in third gear when I am in the mid-upper Rpm range and let off the accel. It only happens sometimes and as soon as I turn the car off and back on it stays off till the next time it decides to come on. The car doesn't run any different after the code or anything so I'm clueless as to where I should begin looking for the problem. I would appreciate any help.

yeah go to c-speedracing.com they show you how to flash it and read it....good luck
