actually OEM b and d throttle bodies are interchangeable. i'm not sure on holley.

I would think no, but then again I have never tried it. Is there not a holley TB for a b16? If you have a d series holley TB and a b16 engine the only thing I can suggest is that you try it out.

damn ok well i bidded on this holley throttle body on ebay it didnt specify for what series engine just( 1.6 civic holley throttle body) so im the winner so now i have to pay for it but i did research and i dont think its for 00 civic si i think its for the 92-95 from what i read in the holley website. so i guess ill try and see if not then im out of my cash i guess i can post it up here on the classifieds if it doesnt fit

yes all the throttle bodies are interchangeable from b d and h series.

well since i dont know about them.. this is just an assumption.. but if theyre all the same size.. you can mass produce them easier if they completely interchangable.. but like i said.. i have no idea what Honda with to them.. like if theyre different at all or not.
