two words cam timing...sounds like you jumped the timing on the cams. which means theres many possibilities...it could have bent valves, cracked pistons. get a flash light and look down the spark plug tubes(without the plugs obviously.) and see what the tops of all the pistons look like.

buy a new motor and take it as a lesson learned.......don't try to go fast in a car that's not
