I looked up a code 45 on the internet and it said that it means my car is running too lean or too rich, and there is a malfunction in the fuel monitoring system. What exactly does that mean? Anyone know what I should replace? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys and gals.

What modifications have you done to your car?

Cause I used to get that code too - intermittently...but my problem was turbo related.

45 - System Too Lean or Too Rich, malfunction in the fuel monitoring systems

Check your 02 sensors, and/or cat.

Try a different ECU, check wiring.
