you CAN use it, you will just need a hyrdo to cable conversion or vice versa. Im kinda lost. Is the transmission one from a 90 civic going onto a 94 Sol or a 94 sol trans going into a 90 civic? but you can use it, just need the conversion. so eric your WRONG AGAIN! haha

Ok. The guy bought the tranny for his 90 civic. It didn't fit. Will it fit mine?

That's the question I'm basically asking...oh, and mdlax, of course I'm gonna check if it's man or auto...I'm not that air headed

Thanks guys. mdlax, thanks for the #'s. I was actually looking to see if anyone knew what ones I could use.

correction yeah you could use it but it'd be fucking stupid and cost you money you dont need to spend on a D series

the numbers i gave you are the ones that will work with your car specifically then you can use most other D series 92-00 trans'

I like how you are trying to figure this out by what the tranny will and won't go in.... Instead of finding out what it came out of.

Ok, I have another question. My friend wanted me to ask if a tranny from a DOHC will fit on a DX motor.
