AS for ecu's basically any obd1 honda ecu can be chipped with hondata. p28, p72, p73(or is it p75 i dont remember) all of them. hondata sends all the socketing material and jumpers you need a long with the scotch-lock connector for the s100 chip, or the s200 cable. Normally we charge $50 to install hondata then about 100-150 to tune it...depending on all motor or turbo.

Thanks for the replys,
The shop i will be going to charges 92$ to socket an ECU; 125$ an hour for tuning (with a 40$ i don't know fee), and i assume its going to take 2 hours to tune. Then hondata s100 w/boost is 445$; i already have the OBD2 --> OBD 1 harness; And now i need to buy a OBD1 ECU. For the sake of my savings account i hope that is it. I'll tell you what, Im in the wrong business.
Now my next question... Does anyone have an applicable OBD1 ECU just laying around

Not to rant and rave but...
I think its funny how a shop that is list to tune hondata, on hondatas website! Will not tune hondata.
Yesterday I talk to them and set up an appointment to have handata installed and tuned. The guy said he would call hondata and get some prices and he would call me back. 1st off he never called back, I had to call him today. And I could hear him scratch his head as he told me that he couldn?t tune my car because his technitian doesn?t know how. I mean im glad he told me and I didn?t just go up there and have an inexperienced tech tune my car and all... done thanks
