the engine/ tranny have around 80,000 miles. how many quarts should i pick up?

ive got the same problem on my tranny, its embaressing to here the tranny grind at high rpms. im not goig to mess with it. i have a b16a waiting to go in on sring break. so f**ck this tranny.

You could drain your whole crankcase and use gm synchromesh. its a little pricey but well worth it. For you though...id look at getting a new synchro set...its just going to keep getting worse, and any fluid change would probably just mask it for a little while.
