It should clear but if u wanna go safe u might want to "snotch" the pistons a lil..A Machine SHop will do it and it should cost like 40-50$.
This is assuming u have a stock head,not milled. Advise... i would get Pg6b pistons..12.0 CR is a bit high and u will need Good tunning to avoid Detonation... OR get a thicker head gasket(not the .025" stock HOnda one) Take it from someone own experience who has Pm7 pistons on a Y7/Z6 combo and over 12.4:1 CR.. YOull hear it doing the click click... Now i have to drop CR to safer levels and drop to 11.1:1.
