let me see if i can get this off the ground. part #1. since we dont know if were going fi, or n/a i wont touch i/h yet, but of course youre gonna want an exhaust, well give that a good 4-5oo. so were down to 3500, next...

come to think of it, i think turbo < or supercharged > is the only way to go with the sohc, especially on this budget, so lets find ourselves an hf manifold, ive actually got one in my back yard ill sell you but assuming thats not the case well go with ebay. i found some for as low as 10d, granted theres a few days left on the auction. but i also found this well assume the auction ends at 350 and put our budget to 3150...

someone else take it from here cuz im tired

send it to golden eagle. have them resleeve, and install lower comp pistons with eagle rods. 8.8:1 compression. that should cost around $1500 or so.

the head flows pretty well as is, so leave that alone. throw on a greddy turbo kit and a 55hp shot of nitrous by zex. roughly $2200.

take the remaining $300 and either find a cheap apex n1 exhaust or go to a muffler place and have them make you a custom one.

voila!
