OK so i'm shotting code 91 on my ECU and thats the Fuel Tank Presure Sensor. Now my car 96 LX didn't come with this sensor so the ECU is looking for a signal and there is nothing there, Thats why it's shotting the code. So after reading though both my acura and honda Helms i came up with this and wondered if you guys think it would work. When that tank is full of fuel and the gas cap is off the sensor reads 2.5 volts. I was going to take a 12v power source wire, Wire in a few resistors and drop the voltage to 2.5 - 3. and plug it into (D10) which is the pin for the Ptank on the ECU. Anyone think this will work? Let me know what you think I'm going to try it tuesday when i go to work on the car again.

PS: Also an update on the IACV code i was shooting, I forgot the repin A14 to A12 so that should be fixxed as well.

""hey mike, you sure you dont have to repin anything on the ECU?" "nah man just need to rewire those two sensors." "ok bro"

i mean if all the fuel pressure sensor reads is a that voltage then theoretically if you can make it read that it will work. Gotta be an easier way though.

I don't know of any other ways, I've searched the net for hours yesterday and haven't found anything. I wonder if this is going to make me run in safe/limp mode? I'm going to post this on other boards and see what i come up with. I'm also going to try the wiring the 2.5 - 3 volts to the ECU and see what happens

Read my response to you on HS.

I would just convert to OBD1 if you don't have to worry about smog guys checking your ECU.
