Could be a number of things. If you don't have a vacuum leak try cleaning out the throttle body with some carb cleaner it should help.

There are so many things it could be. IACV, vacuum leak, etc. Maybe bleed your coolant since it was leaking...make sure there's no air in the system, because that can cause this too.

Mike do this, get your car to normal operating tempature, take the intake track off, and there should be a small hole in your throttle body. Put your finger over the hole while the car is idling. If you can feel a suction your Fast Idle Control Valve is bad. If thats bad, its a good chance your IACV is bad too. Did you clean out your throttle body with a cleaner at all? Cause thats the usual suspec of these componets going bad.
