the prob im having is that my car woint idle below 2000 even when warmed up...i sprayed carb cleaner on all vac hoses nothing happened...now it did kick a 14 code..its hook up as far as i can tell..will a bad iac cause it to not idle below 2000..i konw thats a newbie ? but come on help me out i need a little info..p.s my t/b srew is all the way in if i adj it,it will prob idle at red line (lol)

Yes a bad IACV can cause a high and fluctuating idle. Find another one and replace it.

im not sure if your t/b is equiped with a Fast Idle Valve too, you shouldnt spray carb cleaner into your intake mani cause the IACV and the FIV are wax plungers and when you spray the carb cleaner into there you melt the wax away thus making the valves go bad. I have the same problem on my GSR my IACV is bad, they are like 175 bucks from the dealer brand new. Good luck finding a used one for cheap.
