Oxygen Sensor Heater (Secondary) Malfunctioning or defective oxygen sensor heater

First off, I have a 97' Civic HX with a '97 EX (D16Y8) engine.
I just changed my engine a couple days ago and this is my last code to fix.

I seem to only have the Primary Oxygen Sensor. There is no Secondary on my exhaust at all.
I have an aftermarket exhaust, so I'm guessing the shop which changed it for me did something with the sensor.
There's no place for the sensor on my exhaust at all. I can't even find the wires were it would connect to.
There's no extra plugs on the engine's wiring harness for it either. It's like a mystery sensor that never existed.

I need to get this code out because it's making my car lag in normal driving.
It hauls ass w/out a problem as long as I'm gunning it. But it doesn't like it during normal driving and light acceleration.

Any help would be appreciated in finding out where the sensor goes and where it connects to.
Thanks.

Found location for the sensor (behind cat) but I still can't find where it plugs into.
Can one of y'all look and see where it goes on your Civic?
The Haynes manual is showing it goint to a plug mounted on the front/bottom of the tranny.
I can't find that plug anywhere.

It plugs into your exhaust after the cat, the wire should be coming from the same source as your primary o2 sensor wire/plug. Perhaps the wire got cut while swaping engines? i dunno.

I can't find the wire.
Maybe someone can take a picture of where it should be for me.
That would be swell.

your primary and secondary o2 plugs should both be in the same general area, front side of engine where the tranny and block mate up at about head to block level its a 4 wire plug
