I can get to the 5 pull tabs on the top of the grille, but what's holding the underside? I think I can see a few screws facing inward towards the car, but i'm not sure if that's for the grille or not.
Let me guess though, I'm going to have to either take off the entire bumper or the underbody splash guards and feel my way around, aren't I? All I wanna do is take the H emblem and backing piece off the grille. |

I dont remember, but you either can just take off the 5 pop tabs and slide it off, or you have to take off the whole bumper. If it dont slide out you have to remove the entire bumper.

I thought I had to take the bumper off! Anyway getting the bumper off is cake, it was getting the bumper back on that took me a little longer. I wonder, you guys is there a way to get all fresh bolts to replace with my 6yr old ones?

yeah you do have to take the bumper off, take those clips on top of the grille off, remove the front bumper and there is a couple screws that hold the grille in place.
