i just recently detonated my d16 on a 75 shot. after all the damage was fixed i put in colder plugs, autolite 9333, now in any gear if the rpms drop below 2000 the car hesitates and shutters real bad. i checked the timing and it looks fine, i rechecked the plug gap it is fine. is this normal for cold plugs or did i damage more than i thought

You might want to run a cylinder leakage test to make sure everything is ok.
