Well I my motor is about to turn over 100k on it, and i wanna regasket the top, cam seals, dizzy seal, vtec selnoid seal, all that b/s and i wanna do a headgasket, I have been looking at the mugen headgasket, and it raises compression up by almost half a point, I was wondering will I notice any real power gains from that or should I just use an OEM spec headgasket?

Use OEM. You won't gain noticeable power.

It is a .2:1 increase if I remember right. We did one on my friend's car, but it wasn't the only thing done, so it is hard to say if it did a lot.
