ACT/Fidanza. im yet to see or here anything wrong with this combo. i have the HD Pressure Plate and the Organic Street Disc, ill let u know how it is when i install it. mine is gonna be like 35% over stock clamping force. so itll be good for mild to moderate power upgrades. and yes it comes with everything you need release bearing, align tool, pilot bearing. also the fly is sweet. if u ever wanna replace it u dont have to and u dont have to get it resurfaced either. u can just replace parts on it.

I'd like to feel a 7lb
That's what she said.

I'm with mike...lighter = better. There are a lot of people out there who will give misinformation about lightweight flywheels, and they are all people who don't own one. They will say don't go under 11 lbs on a street car, anything else is too light. You'll lose torque. Your RPMs will drop too fast shifting. Blah blah blah. I've owned my 7.5lb flywheel for almost 4 years. I didn't lose torque. It's not too light. It doesnt drop out of power when I shift. I love it, the difference was night and day compared to stock.

Dont go to light with the flywheel if your planning on
boosting it. you could go with the fidanza for n/a and
change it to a bit heaiver one after you boost it.
No, go with the 7.5lb whether or not you boost. Lighter is better- you don't need a heavier flywheel for boost.[/b]
this is incorrect. Karizmah is right. a lighter flywheel causes you to fall outta boost, on a turbo car. if we were tlaking about turbo id say dont go with a lighter flywheel, because you need load to create boost...however, were talking about a supercharger here and you get full boost at full throttle. its different, it doesnt rely on engine load to create boost. so on a supercharged motor, id go with the lighter flywheel.
