got a civic...90% of the time it will start no problem...but rest of the time it will crank but it will not start...I have to try again ...

got a civic...90% of the time it will start no problem...but rest of the time it will crank but it will not start...I have to try again and again until it finally starts..just replace the battery and the alternator so I was thinking it might be the fuel pump or the fuel filter...what do u guys think..let me know..

I had this problem too, it was my fuel filter. Try and change it, but be careful that you dont spill gas everywhere.
If it isnt that then I dont know....that was my problem, but good luck.

do you hear the pump when you turn your key on? if so then probly your filter if not it could be the pgm-fi relay

how low are you on gas when you crank her over?

all hondas studdur on start when super low on gas

my new one does it.. my new one with the old motor does it.. my last civic does it.. and dans does it

Try to prime your fuel first, before you start your car. You do that by turning the key to the on position and waiting for at least 3 seconds.
