At 100 octange I wouldn't retart the timing at all. I've run a wet 50 shot on 91 octange in my D16Z6 with at 14 degress of timing and the only reason I didn't try more was because we ran out of time tirals. and that was on a muggy day at Rockingham.
i think that our 94 octane around here, is more or less equal to other higher octane fuels, cuz even if u go to the track, they only have 94 octane here. i dunno ive run Vpower forever in the teg, and it loves it, i get sick gas mileage, and it runs awesome. i love my B18B1, the motor is like indistructable. |

You should be fine with stock timing, and a 65 shot with 100 octane and BKR7E's gapped around .030".
well what sucks is I cant see the NOS charts because the DL wont work on acrobat adobe. I know my current jets are Nitrous- 030. and fuel 022. equaling a 55 shot, do you think a 034 nitrous, and keeping the 022. fuel would do the job of getting a 60-65? Without any harm? anyone know the equivalence? Thats the lowest jetting I have other than the ones in the car now. |

I don't know what your kit # is...but here are the numbers from the NOS site for the import single fogger kit
Kit 05117NOS 28N/18F = 60hp 30N/20F = 70hp 32N/22F = 80hp Kits 05121NOS-05348NOS 34N/18F = 40hp 37N/22F = 50hp 39N/24F = 60hp 41N/26F = 70hp 43N/28F = 80hp I know there used to be a few FAQ's around that had jet sizes, but I can't seem to find them. |

wow... i still got n00b under my name, and its a good thing, cuz i understood about 1/3000 of what you guys just said. here's my dumb'd down version of what you said: "i have nitrous. what kinda gas should i use?" "use the stuff with the biggest numbers. it'll work" "do you think if i use lots of little numbers it will work better?" "well, i don't know what kit you got, but here's a lot of numbers that might make you go real fast." there. ![]()
