how could it hurt? all it does is free up some rotational mass so your engine will turn faster, freeing up some hp and getting you into your powerband just that much quicker. You will have to be careful though, because it will drop the revs just as quickly as it'll gain them. Don't stall out.

Why would you think it hurts a motor? It is actually good for it in a sense.

umm... the fly wheel would be lighter and how EXACTLY would it affect the engine here??? whoever this guy is ill give a 10/10 for mech knowledge (lolo)

ok not to start another argument...but...it does not add hp..dyno proven. however it does get you into your rpm band quicker.
