OK hopeully you guys can help me out with this one. Every time i put gas in the car i go to start it and it stalls out right away. If i push the pedal a bit it'll get going.
and after it's started i have no problems until i put gas in again?!?!!

It's like gas is not making it's way to the engine fast enough or somthing.
And it did not do this before the swap. Is my fuel pump giving in?

Well the car is a 00 so it's obd2b, and the motor is obd2a. as well as the ecu.

Where is the tank pressure sensor?

well, my car would do that after it had been sitting a while, and it turns out that the engine was flooded a little... the service manual said to put the gas pedal down halfway and then start it, and it started right up. But I don't know how your car could be flooded after just filling it up with gas.

what year car was this. cuz with fuel injection u can push the pedal down all u want and nothing is gonna happen. the car would have to be on. i think the only type of cars that you have this problem with would be cars with a carburetor. i may be wrong on this, not 100% sure.

Default Re: Stalling After Filling Up

My 95 civic would not start after it warmed up especially in the warmer weather. I would have to sit and wait up to 20minutes. I replaced plugs, cap, roter, wires ,finally the dist completely. None of those things worked,it was the gas cap! I changed the cap and it was fine. I figured its a cheap try what the fu*k.......it worked...Red
