OK so latley i've been having problems shifting from 2/3 when i'm running the car hard. No matter how i try it (hard/fast slow/timly) it grinds, And it's not even like it grinds then then slips in, It grinds and won't go in no matter what so i'm always missing 2/3. If i drive normal everythign is 100%, I'm running a stock ls flywheel with a new (700miles) hdss act clutch. Will syncromesh help at all or is it more of a prevention product? I'm sure i've already caused to much damage for anything to work (other then replacing it)but i was just wondering. Damn i can't seem to have anyting go my way latley.

You could try and run it and see if it helps a little bit at least. Have you tried slowing down the 2-3 shift just a tad?
