D15b7/y8 Head

I am doing a d15b7/y8 mini me on a 92 eg. Will my stock intake manifold work because all I have is the Y8 head no sensors nothing just the head some one let me know please

it will work but that the stock im sucks. at least change the TB

Yes it will work fine, But i would start to source out a Y8 manifold. There some floating around for as low as $40.00 used.

T/B is the same size 56mm ...

D15B7 - 56
D16A6 - 55
D16Y7 - 56
D16Y8 - 56
D16Z6 - 56
ZC - 55
D16A1 - 55
D16A8 - 55


Not to mention even if it would be larger you would have to port match the intake mani in order to use it properly. other wise you would actually loose power due to obstruction in the I/M...

These guys are right, the b7 will bolt up but you need to be looking for a y8 or z6 intake manifold to get the maximum power out of your mini-me

use a gsr throttle body- i have one 40$ shipped

if you really want it to breath, get an aftermarket intake manifold and the gsr throttle body
