I'm going to be buying some drag radials soon and wanted to get some facts.
Actually, the only question is. I got a 97 Hatch, dropped with some H&R's. You guys think I'd be able to run 225/50/15's up front without a lift or fender roll. And will these fit Stock GSR rims? And has anyone ever used the Kumho MX's, I think the Ecsta V710? Also, if anyone knows of some slicks that'll fit 14's-15's without being priced so high. I'm not looking for the huge slicks either. ![]() |

I am running BFG drag radials on my car in a 205/50-15. Heather has the same ones in a 14" on steelies for the track. I have heard great things about the H&R's, though. Here is some info on the BF Goodrich drag radials

Yeah. my friend also has the 205/50/15 and he's running good with it too. I'm just wondering if I use the 225's since it will be wider, would I get even better grip with a little bit bigger side wall? <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Smooth_Imports @ Jun 13 2006, 07:56 PM) </div> Quote:

Well, I dont mind about the Speedo since this'll just be for track use only. But it'll be run on a gsr motor with a B16 tranny. ![]() |

If its just a stock motor...stick with bfg's but if your really dead set on getting a slick get a 20" or 22" on 14's and that should be more than enough

Cool.. I'm probably goin to just stick with the BFG's for now but you think I can fit the 225's on there with no problems? |

yeah...the 225's will fit...you might consider raising the rear of the car a little to help counter the weight transfer
