check the wiring running to the fan, probably a fuse or relay gone bad

werd i had that problem on my 96 sedan, it was a pain in the ass. I cracked 2 radiators and only until the third one I was able to realize it was the relay.

You may also want to check the thermo-switch that comes out of the thermostat and goes to the ECU to tell it to turn the fan on. A real easy way to see if the fan comes on is start your car and let it warm up then turn the a/c on. The cooling fan should come on automatically, if not check above switch.
