does anyone know anything to lubricate or anything like that to make manual windows a little easier to roll down?

What the problem is that the honda window tracks are very tight from the factory and the best way to make your windows go down easier is to loose the window tracks a little bit. But if you have never done that or don't know what the window track is please find someone that knows so your windows don't get messed up.

Loosen? That's descriptive...

One of the tricks you can try is to use silicon spray lubricant, and coat your window seals with them. Make sure it's silicon lubricant that won't eat the rubber weather seals though... leaking windows suck. Spray it in the window groove, work the window up and down a bit, then wipe away the excess. It's easy, and it's how I keep my windows running up and down easily.

Yeah I didn't got into to much detail because it's pretty straight forward. But the why that we use to fix them in the shop I used to work at I would want anyone to try. Basically the tool used was a rubber mallet.

But after reading my first post I doubt that I was very helpful. The main window track you can loosen up is the back one. Don't mess with the front track at all. If you want to try it you are going to have to take off your door panel. To do that just find all the screws, the door is still held in by clips all the way around the door carefully find them and pop the door panel back from the door. Then you'll find to screws that hold the track in place just lightly loosen them...don't unscrew them all the way(I'll be sorry later) and try to make the track back(torward the rear of the car) a little bit. Retighten the screws and test it...if you need it a little looser repeat it.

Sometimes it takes a couple trys to get it. I had to do it to my car because my passager side window wouuld stop moving and it sounded like it was burning up the window motor. Just take you're time and be careful if you want to try to fix it.

theyre not too terribly bad, but then i sit in mans crx and his are like butter.

Making you buff? try driving a honda with no power steering, with a small ass momo steering wheel, that will make you buff...haha

i already do that. save the momo wheel. try a stock wheel thats cracked and chips every time you turn.

i would also like to say that calestas idea worked great.

im gonna get limp muscles now.

but really, get some spray silicon lube, spray in the track < the long side, perpindicular to the ground > roll up and down a few times and theyre like new again.
