Bald Pussy Engine

I have a 2001 civic 4dr LX. This cars engine sucks ass. Anyone have any recommendations for a good engine swap that fits in perfect? 180hp the min. also, Why am I having trouble finding a full cat-back exhaust for this car? is this normal? any help would be greaT! thanks
