Alarm system

Hey guys, I have a 98 EX and I got the stock stereo changed to a cd pioneer stereo because it was messing up. Now my keyless entry and alarm system does not work at all. I know the alarm and keyless system is part of the stereo but my question is...Is there any way to connect it back up? maybe even take some parts off the stock stereo and plug it in?
It would be cool if I can get it working again
