slick, you should try goldenboy, he just got rid of an obd1 b16 for about 1200 i believe.

oohhh, yes all my options are intact! it was pricey, but i paid $3,700 for everything. it went in with a blown D16. and what you see is how i got it back. (FYI, it was the cheapest local place)

i dont think that price is too bad. i payed 2250 for my motor and around 950 for the install, and im left with a disconnected knock sensor and no a/c.
i need a bracket. like you, i blew a headgasket and thats my reasoning for paying someone for the install. fyi. im a girl
