Hello Everybody I am from Waco Texas. I am looking into getting some kind of motor swap in my Civic. I was really looking into getting an LS swap because I dont think I can afford any other kind of swap. If not I would also just be happy with another regular D16Y8 engine because mine is really messed up. BAsically I just need to know of some reputable shops in the area of Austin and or Dallas. Last time I tried getting a swap I ended up with what I have right now a really F*ck*d up motor. Just leave me the place of bussiness name and or number please.

Austin, not sure... even though I live here now. Effin Motorworks might be good- Google them up. They're a bunch of really nice and knowledgeable guys, but playing with cars is a second job for them.

My suggestion- go to Dallas and hit up Intercrew. I've had a TON of work done by them, and they've always come through for me. The customer service is top notch, and their quality or work is tops too. Tell them that Michael Yu sent you.

The contact info is in my signature- call / click there, or follow comutek's link above (they're the same).

Do the swap yourself. First timers take about three full work days
