Ok,correct me if i am wrong...

you want a motor and tranny swap with the Hydraulic Transmission and OBDII
b16a2/3 $2-2500 94-97 Del sol, 99-00 Civic Si
b18c1 $3-4k Integra Gsr
b18c5 $4-5k Integra Type R

Yeah your going to need more then $1800. for a V-tec swap

The thing is you don't just want to buy a swap and put it in as it is. you should do a tune up before you put the motor in the car and get it cleaned up with new parts.

The main things you are going need are as follows.
Motor
Tranny
ECU
New mounts / bracket (if you want to keep your AC you will need a 94-97 Del Sol DOHC ac mount)
Shift linkage.
And a few wiring changes if you don't swap in a SI harness.

Here is a list of things with pricing that i've gathered so far for my swap:
99 B18B1 with 31,xxx miles $900 shipped With axles / ECU / shift linkage and all acc.units
00 GSR tranny $450
NGK plugs $20
NGK wires $40
Honda Cap & Rotor $45
Release fork $10
Release Spring $5
Throw out bearing $40
Timing belt $20
Water Pump $50
Valve cover gasket $20
All driver belts $30
Diver side mount bracket $50
Front Tranny mount bracket $20
Rear Tranny mount bracker $40
AC bracket $60
B&M FPR $20
4 new injector seat/seals/cushins

And a few other things. So far this is a total of. $ 1820.

And i still need about $1000 worth of shit before it can go into the car.,

Don't forget about shipping cost. Looks like they include all of the major parts. Of course you will have broken sensors and parts that just don't fit right so make sure to hold back a little dough for the instal. Good luck!
