Does anyone know who sells or sites that sell built b18 crate motors? The only site I found was www.akarimotorsports.com.

Dart and Spoon make crate motors. You can also check out Importbuilders, they can build you what you want.

Do you think you would spend more building your motor over time or just just buying an already built motor.

spend more for buying a built motor.. you have to pay for their labor.. you dont pay yourself to build your own

That being said, know what you are doing before you decide to build your own motor.

As far a sleeving, boring, port and polishing, I have no clue. My thoughts on building a motor myself is very iffy. I dont want to spend thousands of dollars on a motor and then blow it up by my lack of building skills. That is why I was curious about crate motors. Or atleast a decent motor shop that actually knows what they are doing. I see the prices for import builders and I was curious if those prices are high or decent prices?
