I would turbo without the VTEC also, especially if you don't know anyone who is good at tunning. Than see where your wallet takes you from there.

i have seen 20psi daily driven. Its all about tuning and how the driver drives the car.

People who don't know much about this stuff should do some research before posting.
24 psi yes is a lot. He runs on 94 unleaded pump gas, has fully built motors, and runs an AEM EMS tuned by himself...which he does very well. Both of his hatches are running 24psi...one LSVTEC, one CRVTEC...both street driven on pump gas. With the correct tuning, engine/fuel management, and internal engine components, you can run significant amounts of boost on a daily driven street car and pump gas. Someone on H-T just made around 520 whp on 91 octane. |
