I was told that my power steering pump on my motor that is going in (B18C) to my 2000 civic wont work with the line that runs into my original pump on the D16Y8. I was told i'd need a B16 pump.....is this bullshit or will i need to shell out some more dough? anyone....

Just do away with Power steering, I have a B20 swap in my Integra and i don't have power steering and its no big deal. I kind of like it. These cars are light enough thats it not very hard to turn the wheels. Its a power gain too.

Now i use to have a 73 Nova that was a tank without power steering. So you pretty much had to use brute force to turn that thing. Glad i went back to hondas man.

I do have the pump on the b18 (p72) im just not sure if the line that will run into it (the one in my civic) will work or not.

it's the one on the top of the pump when it's mounted on the motor with the two bolts holding it in. i believe it's for the power steering fluid.
