still badass, and the evo was running 22lbs of boost. I think i want me a k20 swap. is this swap any harder to do than for say a b16 ...

At the time yes, and the Hasport mounts are CRAZY expensive. In time like anything else the price will slowly decrease.

the license plate on that car at the beginning looked to be a louisiana plate

i'm wondering where that guy could be...def doesn't look like near new orleans tho. some highway somewhere in the middle of no where.

nice video but eric's right. from a stop the evo would stomp the hatch.

hatch has a head start on the roll as well.. + the fucked up shift.. dont get me wrong hella fast hatch but not that fast to take the evo like that

i wonder what that hatch would run in the 1/4...somewhere in the 14's with good driving would be my guess.

extremely low 14's. Your probably right, I hope the next video they do is from a stopping point.

racing from a roll is stupid IMO anyway. not only does it mean that you're obviously street racing illegally (no one races from a roll at a drag strip), but it takes half the fun out of it. launching is my favorite part of racing.

Well the evo is throwing out a heluva lot more tourqe
than the k20 so it would def. spank the civic from
a stand still.
That is if the dude in the civic hasn't done anything
else to it. Imo

Gotta figure the Evo8 is turbo'd from the factory. The K20 isnt, so for him to hang on the way he did...WOW
