this has been good info. i've been still thinkin and thinkin about what to put in, and i read in honda tuning that a crv/vtec was a pretty good build, and an inexpensive motor. i no where near have the cash for a turbo or supercharger, so all motor is good for me.

It's not an inexpensive motor if you do it correctly. If it's inexpensive, it won't last long.
