there is a dude on ebay selling a 91 civic hatch that is really fucked up from a wreck not to mention alot fo interiror stuff is ripped out but im trying to get just the engine which is a b16a (dohc vtec). engine is apparently in fine working condition but needs a new head and that is all. anybody have a good idea of what i should offer him?

why does it need a new head? That part scares be because there could be piston damage as well.

fuck that if the head is shot then i wouldnt give him any more then 250. it doesnt seem like a motor thats ready to go. it seems like its gonna need some work.

yeah thats what kind of price i was thinking.
