Im interested in taking on a challenge like this as i can source a 4th gen
for very little money.

Im pretty sure it ran on a old crane motor or something and had 8 car batteries in it.

Thanks in advance,
mark

sweet... i'd love to do that, but the problem is money and time... which is also the main problem for the auto industry, that's why we don't see more of them and hybrids...

i thinks it pretty cool. there was a show on discovery channel called Sucking Amps, it showed a guy that had all electric vehicles and was making an electric drag car out of an old postal delivery truck.

he got in the 14's i believe. but the instant torque the motor was creating was shreading belts left and right. in my opinion it should have beem chain driven.

i'd like to have electric powered honda. but its mad loot to convert everything.

The idea is appealing, but if you look at run times...Just not so great if traveling very far or lot of short drives and no time to charge them. I still want hyrbid hatch just fix tha wanna be caddy fender shit
