Alright here's the deal i'm not sure if I can get the engine harness for my motor from the guy I bought it from. I tried looking around to buy one and they are expensive as hell, and hard to find. What can i use, any vtec b series harness? Is there a difference between obd1 and obd2, can I use either? I'm putting a obd2 motor in my eg hatch,so the car is set up for obd1 and i planned on using a chipped p28 obd1 for ease of tuning. what should i do about this missing harness?

I know it would be expensive but does hasport make one?

Dont quote me, bit i think the plugs are different on an obd 1 compared to
an obd2 so if the engine is an obd2 you should be looking for an obd2 harness.
make sure you know if it's obd2B or obd2A and get the proper ecu conversion harness.

your motor would be yes. But the ecu your gonna use (p28) is obd 1 so youll need an ecu conversion harness as well.
