Since you're getting a GSR swap your BEST ecu option is a chipped obdI p72.

running a skunk 2 intake manifold, almost everyone has told me to use a p28 chipped to type r specs

p28 or a p72 and a vafc and it would probably run the best. but you'd have to get it tuned.
