Id also like to know, what engines i can directly swap in for my d16y7

i know: b16a, and zc (i dont know what kind of zc's though)

what would be the best, most cost effective choice too?

The Better of the ZC's is of course the DOHC.

Also you will need for the b Series swap,
Engine
Transmission (M/T)
ECU M/T
Everything included in the swap.

Aftermarket Items Needed,

Aftermarket Shift Linkage (TPR $150)
Aftermarket B Series into EF Engine Mounts (TPR $225)
TPR B Series Axles (B series into EF) $199 set

I Hope this has helped you guys out.
