I really don't know a whole lot about the ZC motor but from what I've come to understand it was basicly a DOHC D-seires correct? So what's the compatability between D trannies and ZC motors will they bolt up? Even automatics? What would I need to put a ZC into my Auto Ex coupe(1995)?

P.S I'm desperatly looking for budget swap ideas

the trannies will bolt right up. as far as what you need i would assume a zc harness (or compatable d series obd model) and ecu

calesta will be posting here im sure he can answer better but there's the basics

I know that in japan they made an obd1 dohc zc. That would be your best bet as far as zc engines go.I prefer a b series as opposed to a zc but the zc torque #s are close to a b16 so that cool. Shop wisely before getting a zc cause some suck.I have one complete if you want a good price on it hit me up.Or if you want something different I have some b series stuff also.
Hope this helped
