I've only seen an insight steering wheel in an insight!
I luv those cars . . what a killer lookin' ride. I saw one today in a town called Watkins Glen. There are Hondas all over the place there.
I only wish I'd thought to bring my digi.

later.

if you're looking to get a better steering wheel, you could DIY for cheap. i just took mine off, sprayed it all black, masked off area around the H and painted it red. then I got some $20 leather wrap at pepboys and voil?. it looks better in person..camera makes it look kinda greyish. just my 2 cents

Cam -

He's looking for a more "hi tech" looking wheel . . at least that's how I see it.

Nice job on your wheel btw!

insight steering wheel owns all.

yeah, ownz.

but i guess you would lose your cruise control.. no buttons on steering wheel. but it would be worth it! i never use mine anyways, the speed varies way too much.. up hills you do 5mph slower than you set it for, down hills you do 5 over. it would be worth it. anyone know where i can get one?

the seats look sweet too! Good luck finding the parts though.. the car is rare enough..there's only a handfull of insights on eBay. Maybe a junk yard? i tried searching for the steering wheel on ebay and no luck

i did i did! i forget where, but it was kinda cool looking. it had some sort of body kit on it.. oh wait, i think it was cardomain. you would probably lose gas mileage with all that extra plastic, and added downforce with a wing. i like the old 50's-ish mercury style rear wheel wells. kinda neet.
