Well it's time for new carpet i think, i have the money available and the carpet i bought the civic with sucks... the guy replaced it with some black carpet with decent backing, but it was cut wrong and didn't fit right etc.
So the question is where to buy the carpet ? and alot of places use "jute backing" i guess some sorta padding. I've also found some places have the "mass backing" option for like another $50-60 they use a rubberized backing i think to reduce noise and sound. Would it be worth the extra money ??
And does anyone know a reputable place to buy the carpet?
I assume the carpet will curve up to cover the ecu etc. in the passenger foot area?

Thanks for any help,
JDK

My CRX carpet was $350 from honda. AAC is a popular company to order from (american automotive carpets? or something like that), which was around $150. I dunno, I figured for $200 more I wouldn't have to cut any holes, it would be guaranteed to fit right, and would definitely last a long time.

If can afford it go factory if it is pre-cut for real. I got some AAC that somewhat pre-cut. It fits right but took lot more work then thought when ordered so called "pre-cut". If anything find someone that knows what doing that put it in for you and get AAC.

Have you tried ebay?

If not there go check salvage yard. Then take and wash em.

No idea, check ebay and salvage yards, should be reasonably priced, unlike Orig. Crx floormats which are crazy expensive!
