Alright, here's the deal.. I'm kinda new to all this and its sort of becoming a pain in the ass lol.. hopefully its my last major problem for a while.. anyways when I hit VTEC sometimes my car doesn't go.. it just stutters and starts jerking like its gonna stall.. its trying to get into vtec for a second and then cuts and starts up again and carries on like this.. instead of "brrrrrrrrr" its like "brr.. brr.. brr" anyone know what is happening here? My computer is messed and needs to be tuned and my car is running extremely rich.. could this be part of the problem? or is my vtec system done-so?

it's probably the computer. I mean if your computer is messed up anyway. that would be my guess.

is there a way to check your oil pressure? im guessing hook up a pressure gauge by taking off the sending unit and hooking up a gauge to that? I have never checked oil pressure on a honda, im curious

there is a 10mm plug at the top of left hand side of the head. snap-on makes a tool that screws into the hole after the plug is removed . start the engine and hold it at about 1000,3000 then 5000. the psi should not drop below 7. you may want to replace the washer after you are done.
