I really don't think there is. The 7Y motor is really a poor choice in a motor to mod. To get power out of it, you can strap a Y8 intake manifold on it and get a few ponies but other then that. there is really nothing.

Yeah there are some out there. You can also use a regrind.

Well Crower, Crane, and Zex do not make cams for the SOHC nonvtec....show me someone who does.

yeah let me know, ive already got another y7 head pnp'd, and a port matched y8 intake mani, bigger throttle body(dont remember the size), and adjustable cam gear, what pistons/rods and bore you recommend?

do you want to use aftermarket pistons and rods or are you going to stick with oem stuff? if you go with aftermarket id go with scat rods with cp pistons, but stock....you can use resized ls rods and zc pistons to get a little more compression out of it.

i found some .020 overbore je pistons earlier for the non-vtec d16 for $450 that would bring up compression to 10.5:1. my local engine shop recommended scat rods as well. but i aim to go with all aftermarket, and still have a streetable cam for a streetable car
