what is the most power that any one can get out of the k20a3 with out completly going through the motor? i would consider cams, polish, porting, and valve job, but don't really want to go much deeper in the internals. if i can get enough with those along with a k/pro and a few other bolt ons i might stop considering going with boost.

[/quote] hmm.. the cybernation kit with guardian should do well around 300 hp, how long will it last? i cant tell you that. As far as n/a there is not much market for this engine, right now there is only one good reliable place i knowof where to get cams, and even then he mare the prototype and tested them on his car himelf, now he is taking pre- orders, and while they are nto that expensive there is still a problem with tuning them right. i think Hondata is working on a custom map for these cams... but dont quote me on that jsut yet. you can still do the usual, intake, exhaust, blah, blah,blah... but youre at most going to reach a sub 200 hp to the wheels with basic bolt ons. on the other hand i have known of people getin decent hp out of simple mods, so its all on how you do it. |

thats a little more where i am heading. i woould like to get about 250. that would make me pretty happy. doing this n/a at this point would also leave me room to upgrade to a turbo or supercharger later. i would hate to spend 500 plus on a header, though, only to take it off. supercharger might be the best bet for me. i am not looking to touch 500 hp. i use the car as a daily driver so i dont want to get too crazy.
