hi there judging by the models of civics you have i'm guessing that this is pretty much an american forum.lol. Just if anyone has ever seen or heard of a 1.4 civic initial as i was wondering would the mountings and bends in the exhaust system be similar between civics in the years 1999-2000, because i was looking at buying a spoon N1 system. i shouldn't think that honda would have changed the layout between my civic and say the type R but i could be wrong. It's very frustrating because no-one anywhere sells or lists parts for a 1.4 civic. Any help would be really appriciated

Instead of trying to buy an exhaust for a different model, why not lift your car a look at the stock exhaust. Then buy some mandrel bends and better than stock piping and get a local muffler shop to install you a custom exhaust system. You'll probably come out a little cheaper as well, seeing as your not paying for a brand name.
You might see some gains on the dyno as well, but the main benefit will be the way your car talks to you when you hit the gas! Here's a URL for a madrel bend vendor: RRE Mandrel Bent Exhaust Bends and Intercooler Bends
